The Loyalty Lounge by Annex Cloud is a dedicated digital hub for loyalty professionals, offering a "Netflix‑style" experience with expert-led content to inform, inspire, and empower a company’s loyalty strategy. The Loyalty Lounge contains a range of formats, from blog posts and infographics, to webinars and podcasts.

On the back end, the Lounge provides detailed analytics, which allows the marketing team to create more targeted content to current and potential customers. The use of the Loyalty Lounge led to more sales leads about Annex Cloud’s product and contributed to deals closed.
